Partial authorizations

Support for partial authorizations is enabled by sending the parameter PartialAuthSupported = 1

When the sale amount exceeds the available balance in the cardholder's account, Issuers that support partial authorizations can respond with response code = 10 (partial approval) to indicate that partial amount approval was provided. A lower amount than requested is then returned in the response.
