Timeouts

A transaction that has not been responded to within 18 seconds will receive a time-out response code AW. Any actions already taken in regard to that transaction will be reversed by Rapyd.

However if processors choose to initiate a timeout prior to the 18 second Rapyd timeout, they need to reverse the ongoing transaction when doing so. See chapter on Reversals for instructions on how to reverse.
